Welcome!
My
name is Gill. I am a Chartered Educational Psychologist trained and
experienced in helping children and families with issues affecting the
social, emotional and academic development of children. I work with
children from pre-school age to adolescent.
I also undertake assessments for adults for a
variety of purposes.
I assess secondary students and adults taking GCSE and A Level
examinations who
require special concessions such as extra time, a
reader, a scribe or the use of a word processor when
taking those examinations, in order to demonstrate
their true abilities.
I provide assessments and reports for adults
requiring extra support in a variety of other
examinations, for example for Open University courses,
beauty, hairdressing, driving tests, and so on.
I assess students from age 16 years to adult
for the Disabled Student Allowance (DSA), in order to
inform the relevant agencies of the difficulties
experienced due to Dyslexia and associated problems.
This report facilitates the provision of extra
resources during A levels and at University.
